I seriously COULD NOT have survived without my pregnancy pillow. And after the baby came, we still used it as a prop to help her with supported sitting!
I used this yoga ball every day in my third trimester. I used it during labor. And I used it every day after my baby was born... she didn't like to rock, only bounce! Man! Did this thing get some good use.

Have a conversation with your provider FIRST, but I swear by this tea during and after pregnancy.
I took my water intake seriously (Arizona summer due date) and I am convinced it was one of the contributing factors to eliminating swelling, constipation, and cramping throughout my pregnancy.
So there may not be a cream that completely gets rid of stretch marks (be wary of creams making this claim) but there is definitely a benefit to making sure your growing belly skin stays hydrated and nourished to help prevent the intensity of stretch marks, and I just LOVED this one.
Find yourself a bra to double-dip with! One with no underwire for comfort during pregnancy, and one that also allows easy access to the girls if you're going to be nursing or pumping once the baby is born.
If you're lucky enough to avoid morning sickness, skip this one! But for those of us who have to endure the nausea, these are definitely helpful. And as crazy as it sounds, a little exercise helps with nausea too!
Protein is SO important during your pregnancy. Especially to keep your bag of waters intact as long as possible (this can make labor less painful). This plant-based protein is clean and delicious.
Be careful with temperatures and check in with your provider if you have any concerns or are high-risk, but a nice soak in a warm (not hot) tub does the pregnant body good. I added in this lavender Epsom salt to ease aches and cramps!
